WE EDUCATE ELECTED OFFICIALS ON PROPERTY TAX ISSUES
During the off season we meet with state, local, and school board leaders to discuss property tax issues, the need for reform, and reduction in valuations as well as increased exemptions. Every other year we travel to the State Capitol to meet one on one with the Texas Legislature and speak on House and Senate bills affecting property tax. While the "Day at the Capitol" is a critical day, we firmly believe city and school officials need to understand that government needs to be run efficiently and effectively. Property owners should not be burdened where their homes become unaffordable. We fight to keep homeowners in their homes. We believe homeownership is the single greatest asset for generational wealth and family stability.
