You only pay if we lower your value
Tax savings are calculated as the difference between the Notice of the Appraised Value and the Final Appraised Value multiplied by the Tax Rate in effect during the preceding year before exemptions. We do not charge for filing exemptions.

STEP 2. PROTEST & REPRESENTATION
We file the protest, prepare evidence, and attending hearings on your behalf.
STEP 3. RESOLUTION
If the value is reduced, you save - and only then do we get paid.
